- I%* Cook the following for a few minutes:

- I%1/2, cup, vinegar
- I%1/4, tsp, mustard seed
- I%1, T., celery seed
- I%1, tsp, salt

- R% When the mixture boils, remove from the heat. Add immediately

- R% Cool slightly for a few minutes and pour over the cabbage mixture.
